R.W. Knudsen Family is a brand of natural juices that was created in 1961 by Russell W. Knudsen. The brand started as a business bottling juices from Knudsen's grape vineyard. From the beginning, Knudsen was committed to never using preservatives, artificial flavors, or sugars in his fruit juice products.
In 1985, R.W. Knudsen introduced the 12 oz. Spritzer, which combined fruit juice and carbonated water.
On January 31, 2022, Smuckers sold the brand to Nexus Capital Management LP. R.W. Knudsen Family is part of the TruRoots Company family of brands.
